Hand harvested in 15 kg boxes. When finished, grapes are storage in a cold room at about 5°C and vatted next day where a cold prefermentation was carried out. Manual selection grape to grape in selection table after destemming. Vatting by gravity.

Long vatting with gentle pumping over and post-fermentation maceration after completion of alcoholic fermentation. It is aged for 13 months in new French oak barrels and then in the bottle.


ColorBigarreau cherry red with high layer.
AromasMulberry, raspberry and black plum. Memories of violet, spicy touches, nutmeg, clove, black licorice and cocoa. Spicy and mineral notes in retronasal way.
PalateLong mouthfeel with persistent finish.
