Soil Sandy, granite and poor in organic material.
Viticulture Sustainable with the environment. Mechanical mule tillage.

WINE MAKING

Hand harvested in 15 kg boxes. When finished, grapes are storage in a cold room at about 5°C and vatted next day where a cold prefermentation was carried out. Manual selection grape to grape in selection table after destemming. Vatting by gravity.

Pre-fermentative cold maceration, very soft pressing, 24 hours static racking and fermentation with controlled temperature at 16 ºC. Aging on fine lees for a month.

TASTING NOTES

Color Straw yellow. Very fine tones, bright and with metallic notes.
Nose Yellow plum, pear, fennel, lemon zest (citrus), memories of white flowers, pineapple, banana.
Palate Fresh with citrus touches, unctuous and long-lasting. Agile in the mouth, vibrant, with tension. Balanced.
