DESCRIPTION
Comisura is the result of a unique coupage between the grapes of a small and old Verdejo vineyard located on the banks of the Tiétar river; south of the Sierra de Gredos and, the grapes from a few strains of white grapes planted between century old vines from our vineyards of Garnacha. Different varieties such as Albillo, White Grenache and Muscatel that, together with the Verdejo grape, result in a maximum of 774 bottles per year. A delicate wine, unique and different.
WINE MAKING
Hand harvested in 15 kg boxes. When finished, grapes are storage in a cold room at about 5°C and vatted next day where a cold prefermentation was carried out. Manual selection grape to grape in selection table after destemming. Vatting by gravity.
Pre-fermentative cold maceration, very soft pressing, 24 hours static racking and fermentation with controlled temperature at 16 ºC. Aging on fine lees for a month.

Color | Straw yellow. Very fine tones, bright and with metallic notes. |

Nose | Yellow plum, pear, fennel, lemon zest (citrus), memories of white flowers, pineapple, banana. |
Palate | Fresh with citrus touches, unctuous and long-lasting. Agile in the mouth, vibrant, with tension. Balanced. |
